Jesus in the book of Job

We completed our study of the book of Job in Riga a few weeks ago, but unfortunately the recording is lost, but we recorded it in Ogre with Latvian translation so you can listen to it here: http://www.archive.org/details/JesusAndTheBookOfJob

The recordings are divided according to the 3 major segments of the book.

Part 1 - Job 1-2 (listen to wma) Job's integrity is tested. We are given a behind the scenes look as God allows Satan to take Job's riches, children and health.
Part 2 - Job 3-37 (listen to wma) Job's friends debate about why Job is suffering. Job says they are "Miserable comforters"
Part 3 - Job 38-42 (listen to wma) God rebukes them for speaking "words without knowledge" and asks them a series of questions to put them in their place. Patient Job is restored and has a happy ending.

Consider what the New Testament says about Job.
James 5:11 We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord's dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.

I suggested several verses that show Job's faith looking forward to Jesus as a perfect mediator, living redeemer, sacrifice for sins and resurrection hope.
